If you don't have a kid, borrow one: Easter eggs are almost ready to roll. This year's White House Easter Egg Roll is April 1, and the lottery for free tickets opens at 10 a.m. Thursday on recreation.gov. Entertainment last year included former Olympians, costumed characters such as Elmo and "X Factor" stars.

The online lottery closes Monday, Feb. 25.
