The National Park Service will close a road that leads into Hot Springs National Park to clean up litter over the weekend.
Park Service officials say Gulpha Gorge Road will be closed from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, weather permitting.
Officials say closing the road will enable park volunteers from the Ouachita (WAH'-she-tah) Mountain Hikers to pick up litter safely.
No through traffic will be allowed that morning, but there will be access to Gulpha Gorge Campground and Sleepy Valley Road.
