Celebrities like Evangeline Lilly and Rosario Dawson were hard to spot Sunday on the National Mall among an estimated crowd of 35,000, but they were there and bundled up in winter clothing.

Rapper Eve performed at the Forward on Climate rally, and later headlined a party for her new album "Lip Lock" at Lotus Lounge.

Nolan Gould, the 13-year-old star of "Modern Family" -- who struggled to find winter clothes before his flight -- also visited the Spy Museum while in town.

"Now educated in the art of espionage," he tweeted. "I may or may not have a secret shock pen."
