AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) — Chrysler Group LLC said Friday that its February U.S. sales rose 4 percent, led by its midsize cars, the Dodge Avenger and Chrysler 200.

BY THE NUMBERS: The Auburn Hills, Mich.-based automaker said it sold 139,015 cars and trucks last month, up from 133,521 a year earlier.

TOP SELLERS: Chrysler sold 23,289 of its Ram pickup trucks in February, up 3 percent.

HOT MODELS: Dodge Avenger with sales up 52 percent to 9,980. Chrysler 200 up 18 percent to 11,446. Dodge Charger muscle car up 41 percent to 10,301.
