RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A documentary about Virginia Commonwealth's improbable run to college basketball's Final Four will make its premier at the Richmond International Film Festival.
The film, "Unbelievable is Believable Here," will be screened at the Virginia Historical Society on March 2, the final day of the four-day festival. The screening will be followed by a 30-minute discussion panel featuring the film's director, Phil Wall, and other guests.
Another film, "Political Bodies," documents the 2012 protest at the Virginia Capitol by women opposed to legislation requiring women seeking an abortion to have an ultrasound. That documentary will be screened Feb. 28 and also will be followed by a panel discussion.
A total of 69 film screenings and 12 special events are set at the Historical Society and other venues.
