Former "Real Housewives of D.C." cast member Cat Ommanney announced via Facebook on Saturday that she had given birth to a daughter. Zara Isabella was born on Dec. 28 at 3:45 p.m., according to the post. "She is the most perfect, absolutely delicious little angel, whom we are all delighted to welcome to the world!" Ommanney cooed. Since her Bravo show aired, Ommanney divorced then-husband, Charles Ommanney, and now lives in Spain. She has two other daughters from a previous relationship, Jade and Ruby. Zara is Ommanney's first child with her boyfriend, Rick.
