‘Fund me Elmo’ cartoon lampoons Sesame Street debate

Back in 2011, Democrats were making the same argument about Republicans and Sesame Street: Republicans want to kill Big Bird and Elmo. Our cartoonist at the time, Nate Beeler, authored this excellent cartoon.
