This brochure touting "Redskins Stadium" actually describes what is now known as FedEx Field. When it opened in 1997, it was called Jack Kent Cooke Stadium, named for the late team owner. Note the brochure refers to a town called "Raljohn" -- Cooke's name for the stadium location, a word made up from the combinations of his sons' names, Ralph and John. The Cooke family wound up selling the team in 1999 to Dan Snyder, the current owner.
