26. Azeik Keys was wanted for failing to register as sex offender after a 2004 conviction for attempted first-degree sex abuse. He had choked a woman and tore off her clothes in a vehicle, with the woman's 1-year-old daughter present. He was apprehended after he was featured in the Examiner in February 2011. More information:
