48. Clarence Griffin, 79, was wanted in Prince George's County for failing to register as a sex offender after a 2007 conviction for child sex assault. After his case was featured in the Examiner on Oct. 11, 2012, the U.S. Marshals received tips and Griffin's attorney arranged his surrender. More information:
