New Jersey liquor regulators said Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012 that they have fined the Seaside Heights restaurant Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grill $15,000 for serving alcohol to a "visibly intoxicated" Cortese on June 10, just before she wandered out into traffic and was arrested.
