This Oct. 13, 2012 photo provided by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources shows Joseph Seeberger, center, of Portage, Mich., and two unidentified friends hold a record-setting muskellunge caught in Antrim County. The DNR said Friday, Oct. 19, that Seeberger landed the fish Oct. 13 on Lake Bellaire. The muskie weighed 58 pounds, was 59 inches long and had a girth of 29 inches. State records for fish are based on weight. The previous record was held by Kyle Anderson of Rapid City. Seeberger's record catch was verified by a DNR fisheries biologist at the Charlevoix Fisheries Research Station and a DNR conservation officer.
