Officials in the Tyrolean town of Erl have officially inaugurated the futuristic concert house that will house Austria's newest music festival, adding to the county's rich palette of classical music events. Erl already has a summer music festival, along with bigger events in Salzburg, Bregenz, and elsewhere. But the new building will also be home to a winter festival that takes place for the first time from Dec. 26 through Jan. 6. Festival director Gustav Kuhn told the Austria Press Agency Tuesday that he expects the winter fest to be 90-percent sold out. (AP Photo/dapd/ Kerstin Joensson)
