A 29-year-old man has been arrested in a series of robberies and thefts from vehicles in Germantown.

Elwood Antoneo Martin was charged with four counts of theft under $1,000, three counts of theft under $10,000, two counts of armed robbery, one count of robbery, two counts of second-degree assault and one count of first-degree assault. The charges stemmed from incidents that occurred from December 2012 through April 11.
