The NFL's replacement referees are not impressing Gov. Scott Walker. The Wisconsin governor tweeted that Monday night's Packers game was "painful" and called for the return of the locked out refs. Walker wasn't the only governor in an uproar, apparently -- he also tweeted that at a morning meeting of governors, "everyone was talking about [a] bad call in [the] Packers game." Green Bay had a tough loss to Seattle after a controversial last-call. "Everyone I spoke with from outside WI [sic] agrees that Packers had an interception," he said. "It is the talk of the country."
