Grain futures mostly fall, pork prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly fell Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 6.5 cents to $6.8975 a bushel; July corn fell 16.25 cents to $6.5 a bushel; July oats rose 2.5 cents to $4.10 a bushel; while July soybeans fell 16.5 cents to $15.1175 a bushel.

Beef price fell, while pork prices rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell 0.80 cent to $1.1842 a pound; August feeder cattle slipped 0.20 cent to $1.4342 a pound; July lean hogs rose 1.70 cent to 97.90 cents a pound.
