CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures rose or were flat Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for July delivery was flat at $6.805 a bushel; July corn rose 7.75 cents to $6.7625 a bushel; July oats were flat at $3.965 a bushel; while July soybeans rose 11.5 cents to $15.24 a bushel.
