A major excuse in not following through with fitness goals is that there is never enough time, or its just too much effort after a long workday. While this may feel like a legitimate excuse, it's actually BS. You know it. I know it. Many go at it too hard in the beginning of their fitness plan and quickly call it quits, as the effort and result havent produced what you had hoped. New research from the University of Copenhagen has found that moderate exercise (30 minutes daily), is just as beneficial as a full hour of hardcore training when it comes to staying committed. In fact, these shortened workouts proved to increase motivation, leading to an all-around healthier lifestyle. By the end of the study, those who devoted 30 minutes to a workout lost an average of 8 pounds in 3 months, while those who worked out for a full hour only lost 6.
