How often do you really look at a man's shoes? Apparently not very, because former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour has gotten away with wearing a pair of Reeboks with his suits at every national political convention for the past 24 years.

"I only wear them at the conventions," Barbour clarified to Yeas & Nays at the Blogger Bash on Sunday night. He bought his black Reeboks in 1988 and finds that they blend in with his suits so well, people rarely spot the casual footwear.

"When you're a man," Barbour said, "nobody notices."
