GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) — Hancock Holding Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share on common stock.

The dividend is payable Dec. 14 to shareholders of record Dec. 5.

Hancock Holding is the parent of Hancock Bank and Whitney Bank.
