Bernalillo County Sheriff's deputies are searching for two suspects following a high-speed chase that ended in a crash early Thursday in the South Valley. Deputies say they spotted an Acura driving into oncoming traffic on Coors Boulevard with no lights around 4 a.m. Officers pursued the car for about ten minutes until it crashed through a stop sign and fence on Bridge Boulevard SW near Atrisco Drive and smashed into the side of a mobile home. No one was injured. Two suspects fled the scene on foot. Police brought in a K-9 unit to help in the search. A third suspect was arrested inside the car. Officers described the man as "highly intoxicated." Authorities shut down the area around the crash scene Thursday morning as part of their investigation. Nearby Atrisco Elementary School was not affected.
