Hill rallies around Teddy

Congressional staffers, tourists and Nats fans packed Bullfeathers restaurant on Tuesday afternoon to rally for a good cause -- that Teddy will win the President's Race during the team's playoff run. Teddy was on hand at his namesake establishment, posing for photos in the drizzle with eager fans. He appeared in good spirits after his near-victory at the stadium Monday night was thwarted by a bad fall.
