During her speech at the Clinton Global Initiative conference in Chicago this morning, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that she would use her foreign policy experience to take on some of America’s biggest challenges.
“So after visiting 112 nations over four years – I’m still jet-lagged,” she admitted with a cough, adding that she learned valuable lessons about people’s needs and desires.
“I looked at all the international polling data, to try to figure out what people in the world – particularity in developing countries – really wanted.” she explained. “All the research made the same point. What people wanted was a good job.”
