House Republicans will hold a rare weekend meeting to discuss a strategy to avoid a government shutdown after the Senate passed a bill that set federal spending levels but funds Obamacare. Congress must agree to a federal spending bill by Tuesday, or the federal government will partially shut down. ?If Speaker (John) Boehner wants to avoid a government shutdown, he will pass our resolution," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said. "Otherwise, it's a government shutdown."
