House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers reacted Sunday to President Obama's remark that the White House has "no strategy" yet to defeat ISIS, saying the president's foreign policy is "in absolute freefall."

"Unfortunately, we find it consistent with [Obama's] past policy and actions on foreign policy," Rogers said on "Fox News Sunday." "It shows that his foreign policy is in absolute freefall."

Rogers, who recently warned that ISIS is "one plane ticket away" from being able to carry out attacks in America, also said he does not believe that the White House needs to wait on military plans from the Pentagon to make a decision about how to proceed in the region.

"You're not going to humanitarian-aid ISIS out of Iraq and Syria," Rogers said.
