House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., might still be "thrilled" with Obamacare, but House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer is feeling a bit depressed about the rollout.
"The process has been terrible, and we're all very disappointed, those of us who support the Affordable Care Act," Hoyer said Sunday on CBS "Face the Nation."
Hoyer pointed out that in spite of the program's early failure, it was important for Democrats to focus on fixing the law, not trashing it completely.
"But the Affordable Care Act ... the majority of the American public says, look, we need to fix it, not repeal it," he said. "And what they mean by that is, they know they need affordable quality health care access."
