How To Make Caramel Sauce

Heat a cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of water over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Increase heat until mixture boils, swirling until it transforms into a golden amber color. Add 2 tbsp of butter and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Boil for 2-3 minutes and cool. Serve over ice cream!
