Make your own food containers with this SheKnows how-to! Jars: Flour, sugar, oats, chips, cake flour, Rice, Quinoa, Brown Sugar Items Needed: Spray paint Painter’s tape Freezer bags Letter stickers that can easily unstick (foam ones work great) Sharpie pens if you want to add patterns Clear Gesso to prime Instructions: 1. Clean Jars. 2. Use letter stickers as stencils. Start with your last letter to make sure that all the letters fit across the jar. 3. Apply the painter’s tape to the jar where you would like your line. 4. To prevent over spray tape the freezer bag down with you painters tape. 5. Apply Gesso primer to jar 6. Spray paint each jar. Do multiple thin coats to avoid dripping. 7. Once completely dry, remove freezer, masking tape and stencil letters. If the letters stick take craft knife around the letter to loosen it up. In case some paint comes off around the edge of the letters, just use a small brush and paint to touch up. 8. Use permanent marker to add designs to your jars
