FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) — Consulting and technology services provider ICF International Inc. says it has been awarded a $9.4 million contract to support the energy efficiency program of a major U.S. utility.

The Fairfax-based company announced the 36-month contract on Monday. The name of the utility was not disclosed.

ICF says that it will implement residential energy efficiency programs with a focus on new construction and improving heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems for the utility's customers.
