As expected, the ACC has done Maryland no favors in scheduling its basketball opponents in their final year in the conference as the Terrapins will play Duke and North Carolina only once next season, both on the road.

As previously mandated by the ACC, Maryland will face its designated rivalry partners Virginia and Pittsburgh home and away. They also will play two games each against Florida State and Virginia Tech.

Other home opponents for Maryland will be Georgia Tech, Miami, Notre Dame, Syracuse, and Wake Forest. In addition to Duke and North Carolina, the Terps will travel to Boston College, Clemson, and North Carolina State.
