In Ohio speech, Joe Biden confuses the name of the college he's visiting

Speaking to an audience at Wright State University this morning in Dayton Ohio, Vice President Joe Biden mistakenly called the university "Wayne State."

The audience quickly caught the error and corrected him.

Wayne State University is in Michigan
