NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — A Portsmouth man has been sentenced to five years in prison for conspiracy to commit criminal copyright infringement. Jeramiah B. Perkins pleaded guilty in August and was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Norfolk.
