At the start of a new round in their long-running patent feud, Apple Inc., Tuesday accused Samsung Electronics Co. of copying its breakthrough iPhone to remain competitive, while Samsung said it is being targeted as a proxy for Apple's rivalry with Google Inc. Opening statements in Apple's patent-infringement suit against Samsung, echoed a previous clash between Apple and Samsung in the same courtroom, in 2012 where Samsung was found to have infringed on Apple patents and ordered to pay $930 million dollars.
