“If you want your Halloween to be all treats and no tricks, make sure all your candy is union-made, made in America,” the AFL-CIO’s Jackie Tortora writes on AFL-CIO Now, the official blog of the nation’s largest federation of unions. The list of union approved treats includes:

1. Baby Ruth
2. Butterfinger
3. Caramello
4. Hershey’s Candy Corn Kisses
5. Hershey’s Extra Dark Chocolate bar

6. Hershey’s Hugs
7. Hershey’s Kisses
8. Hershey’s Nuggets
9. Jelly Belly
10. Kit Kat
11. Laffy Taffy
