FULTON, Md. (AP) — An international radar defense manufacturer is bringing jobs to Howard County.

A ribbon-cutting was scheduled Monday for ELTA North America in Fulton.

The company is a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries. It is affiliated with ELTA Systems Ltd., the world's fourth-largest radar company.

U.S. Sen. Barbara Mikulski says ELTA plans to create 100 jobs over the next four years.
