Comedian Jay Leno signed off his last episode of the "Tonight Show" with an Obamacare joke during his opening monologue.

“The worst thing about losing this job: I'm no longer covered by NBC," he joked. "I have to sign up for Obamacare."

During the closing tribute to Leno, actor Billy Crystal highlighted an Obamacare joke in his roundup of his classic jokes.

"When President Obama's approval rating went down and Toronto mayor Rob Ford's went up, who told us the president would be better off smoking crack than passing Obamacare?" Crystal asked Leno. "You did."
