Former reality star Jessica Simpson is trying to get her life back on the small screen.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Jess is creating a new TV series based on her life.
"I often find myself thinking that no one could ever make up the things that actually happen in my life -- so between the real-life elements and a great team of writers, I think we'll have people laughing!" Jessica, 32, told the Reporter.
Jess is teaming up with her "Fashion Star" producer for the pilot, which they hope will be picked up by NBC.
Jess isn't new to pilots. In 2004, she played a pop star attempting to become a news anchor in a pilot that was never picked up.
And, of course, she also appeared on the popular reality show "Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica," which ran from 2003 to 2005 and followed her life with then-husband Nick Lachey after their wedding.
But her new show should practically write itself. Former pop star who used to date a famous NFL quarterback who then gets engaged to a former NFL player has her first baby and is pregnant with her second months later. Throw in being a reality TV show judge, her clothing line, her beauty products line, her parents' divorce and her sister's divorce from a rock star, and you've got TV gold.
Pop pop Charlie
Charlie Sheen is about to become a grandpa!
The "Anger Management" star, 47, said on "The Late Show With David Letterman" that his daughter Cassandra Estevez, 28, will give birth to her first child later this year.
"Me as a grandfather, Dave ... I don't know. It's like the world's going to crack in half," he said. "It's fabulous. It's just not a title I'm ready to adopt."
After the interview, one of Charlie's ex-wives, Denise Richards, posted the news on Twitter. "I guess some of you have heard...Charlie Sheen is going to be a Grampa...yes, GRAMPA! His beautiful daughter Cassandra is gonna be a mama."
Cassandra is Charlie's daughter with his high school sweetheart Paula Speert. He also has two daughters, Sam, 8, and Lola, 7, with second wife Denise, and 3-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max, with third wife Brooke Mueller.
Kim gets personal
Everyone who keeps up with the Kardashians knows little sister Khloe has had trouble conceiving a child. But what fans didn't know was that Kim thought she was in the same boat.
"Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues, and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine," Kim, 32, said on "Today." "I have similar issues, and so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens."
Kim, of course, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West.
"You think your life is going to be a certain way, and the best surprises just happen when you don't plan."
