Joe Biden did it again.

At an event in his Naval Observatory home Tuesday night to celebrate Black History Month, the vice president offered up one of his trademark quotes in a challenge to President Obama on the hardwoods.

Noting the presence of former NBA star and current Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, the veep suggested that the duo form a team to take on the president.

"I told the president, next game, I've got him," Biden said. "I may be a white boy, but I can jump," he added in an apparent reference to the hit 1993 movie “White Men Can't Jump.”
