Vice President Joe Biden is so confident that Republicans will love Obamacare, they will vote for him in 2016. During a visit to a campaign volunteer center, Biden spoke to a Republican voter on the phone.

“After it’s all over, when your insurance rates go down then you’ll vote for me in 2016,” the Vice President said, according to the pool report.

“I’ll talk to you later,” Biden said before he hung up.

The person on the phone was the brother of an Obama supporter.
