Jon Voight has made no secret of his conservative beliefs, and on Saturday he expressed his concerns for the American public—while slamming President Barack Obama—in a lengthy televised statement. During an appearance on Mike Huckabee's Fox News show, the 75-year-old Oscar winner aired his political grievances, including the "targeting" of filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza, the turmoil in Iraq, Benghazi, the IRS scandal, the treatment of war veterans, immigration and the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court case all while taking aim at Obama over what the actor called a perceived lack of reaction. He said, "Obama is…piece by piece whittling down our military strength, the strength all the world has relied on and in doing so, he has paved the way for the most violent radical elements across the world to thrive." Angelina Jolie's father also took issue with the Democratic Party, insisting it has become a "very negative force" in society.
