Justice Department Is Venue For Obama NSA Speech

The White House says President Barack Obama will travel to the Justice Department to announce the results of his review of National Security Agency surveillance programs. Obama has indicated he is open to significant changes to U.S. surveillance programs while meeting with lawmakers, intelligence officials and executives from technology companies and privacy groups as he considers more than 40 recommendations from a presidential panel that proposed broad changes to the NSA's powers
