Justin Bieber's 18 -- but still Canadian

Despite reaching legal voting age, Justin Bieber will not be casting a ballot on Election Day. Adhering to the Chuck Grassley school of Twitter, the Biebs tweeted, "im 18...but i cant vote...im Canadian."

But Bieber found the silver lining in his citizenship. He also tweeted: "it's cold here. no problem. Im Canadian."
