The Kansas City Chiefs have been fortunate to be one of the healthiest teams in the NFL this season, but Andy Reid and the Chiefs squad may have to start doing some contingency planning as they prepare to meet the Buffalo Bills Sunday in New York. Kansas City's injury report is longer this week than last, but more unsettling for them is that this week their star running back Jamaal Charles is on top of the list this time. Charles' practicing has been hampered this week as he nurses a sore knee that nearly bounced him out of the Chiefs' 23-17 victory over the Cleveland Browns last Sunday.
