LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — A new movie filmed in Kentucky and starring a University of Louisville graduate is premiering next month at a Louisville theater.

"Pieces of Easter" tells the story of a young executive who is forced to rely on a reclusive farmer to get her home in time for Easter. It was produced by Kentucky-based Kelly's Filmworks.

The premiere is scheduled for March 1 at The Apex Village 8 Theatres in Louisville. It was shot in Jefferson, Shelby, Spencer, Bullitt, Oldham, Nelson and Fayette counties and stars UofL grad Christina Karis.

The film will run in Louisville and selected cities for a limited time. It's the seventh production from Kelly's Filmworks since 2004.
