Writer Kitty Kelley hosted a party at her Georgetown home on Friday evening to celebrate the opening of "Red Hot Patriot: The Kick-Ass Wit of Molly Ivins" at Arena Sage. Included in the guest list were the show's star Kathleen Turner and the rest of the cast, along with Marsha Mason, who is currently staring in "All's Well That Ends Well" at Shakespeare Theatre Company. Also attending were Margaret and Allison Engel, the show's twin playrights, and David Esbjornson, the director. The guests were treated to red velvet cupcakes form Sprinkles Cupcakes as a favor.
