Latin jazz performance set at Northwestern

NATCHITOCHES, La. (AP) — The Comfenalco Latin Jazz Ensemble will perform at Northwestern State University.

The concert will take place Friday at 5:30 p.m. in the Magale Recital Hall.

Admission is free and open to the public.

The group will play jazz melodies including Sonny Rollins' "St. Thomas," Herbie Hancock's "Watermelon Man" and "Autumm Leaves" along with some original arrangements.
