For seven years, Vijay Ravindran worked at Amazon launching new products. Now, Ravindran is chief digital officer for the Washington Post's soon-to-be-former parent company, The Washington Post Co. Ravindran says the newspaper will benefit from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos's obsession with pleasing the customer.
