It's been a quiet few weeks for Lindsay Lohan, who was recently cleared of all charges from her alleged hit-and-run in September.

But things are once again getting interesting for the oft-jailed starlet.

According to TMZ, LiLo will be charged with lying to police after a car accident she had in June on the Pacific Coast Highway.

After her Porsche hit the back of an 18-wheeler, the "Liz & Dick" star said she wasn't behind the wheel.

Law enforcement sources tell the gossip site that multiple witnesses say Lindsay was the one driving and prescription pills were found in her purse after the crash. Witnesses tell TMZ that pills were also scattered in her trunk.

The case will be filed as a misdemeanor, but it could cause big trouble for Lindsay because she is still on probation for her necklace theft.

If LiLo is charged with probation violation, she could end up back in that unflattering orange jumpsuit.

'Unapologetic' indeed

Rihanna has unveiled another duet with her rumored rekindled flame, Chris Brown, just three years after he pleaded guilty to assaulting her.

Ri tweeted the official track list for her new album, "Unapologetic," and it includes a collaboration with Breezy called "Nobodies Business."

This isn't the first song the pair have come together for since the felony assault and restraining order. Rihanna released a remix to "Birthday Cake" featuring Chris and he released a remix to "Turn Up the Music" featuring the Barbadian beauty.
