VILNIUS, Lithuania (AP) — Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite has declared victory in her bid for re-election in the Baltic country.

Grybauskaite thanked her supporters Sunday and said on national television that the victory was "historic" because "Lithuania has never elected a president for second term before."
