Police have identified the man killed in a Tuesday afternoon crash in Manassas as 40-year-old Daniel Tulk.

Prince William County police said Tulk, of South Riding, died when his Honda CRV was struck head-on by a dump truck on Lee Highway near Sudley Road at about 2:30 p.m.

Police said the dump truck driver, a 65-year-old Alexandria man, was driving south on Lee Highway crossed into the northbound lane and hit a Ford F-350, moved back into the southbound lane, then swerved into the northbound lane again, hitting Tulk head-on.

None of the four people in the F-350 were injured. The truck driver, whose name has not been released, was also unharmed.

Police said the crash is still under investigation and no charges have been filed.
